Welcome to your vacation home that has been kissed by the Florida sun. When you and your group check into Sunkissed, you’ll be taken aback by the views of the ocean, the private pool, and the sunset melting into the skyline. With 2 large bedrooms and two chairs that convert into twin beds, your family will be cozy and comfortable for your entire vacation here on Anna Maria Island.
The open floor plan gives you an uninhibited view of Egmont Key and the Skyway Bridge through the large picture windows at the back of the house. When you step out into the front yard, you’ll step into a lush landscape of green, tropical plants and your very own private, heated pool. And even though that alone would make for an excellent vacation, the magic doesn’t stop there. Just out the back of the house is a beautiful view and beach access for you and your group.
SunKissed has everything you could possibly need for a dream-worthy trip, from a BBQ grill to bikes, a kayak, and paddle boards. Take them out for a spin to explore the island - both land and sea. As you kayak through the water, you may be lucky enough to catch sight of a pod of dolphins or local wildlife. You can explore the expanse of the island with a rented golf cart, taking it to Rod & Reel Pier or Pine Avenue. Whatever you choose to make your vacation count, SunKissed makes it available at your fingertips.
Note: All Guests Age 18+ must sign an Amenity & Equipment Waiver. Pre-approval of all pets required - Pet Fee per pet, Signed Waiver, and proof of vaccinations required.

If for some reason the property you booked is unavailable, we may offer to rebook the Traveler at another property, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation. Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)
Due to the extensive equipment provided at the home, there are additional documents required. The use of the bikes, SUP and Kayak require a signed Equipment and Amenity Waiver for anyone 18 +. The use of the Street Legal Golf Cart requires a signed Golf Cart Agreement, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

This was the first vacation my husband and I have taken in over 15 years. We had a great time and we really liked the home. we traveled from colder weather for the warmth and it was actually a cold snap for Florida while we were there but we watched dolphins everyday from the large windows in the house. The wind blew up to 40 knts but we barely let it slow us down. High tide was up so no beach in front of the house but some waves crashed so hard it would hit the windows ever so lightly, it was kinda neat. one of the most beautiful rainbows we have ever seen across the water then to make it even better, a double rainbow. It was absolutely gorgeous. No bad storms at all. We will be back for sure!!!!February 11, 2024

We will be back! This was a great home for our family, we loved fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding right in our back yard! The home couldn’t have been cleaner and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The location was close to the beach and shopping/restaurant. With three young children, we don’t often feel relaxed after a vacation but staying at this home changed the game! Perfect location with ALL the amenities you could possibly imagine. Wonderful host communications. Thoughtful inclusion of a golf cart, beach day supplies, fun pool, etc. the home is immaculately clean and the perfect amount of space to relax and enjoy the oceanfront view.April 17, 2024
