We’ll keep your pool looking spotless and ready for guests with regular cleaning and maintenance.

Lawn

We organize lawn care so you don’t have to! From weekly maintenance to a new landscape look, we’ll handle it all.

Golf Cart

Golf Carts are provided and insured by a third party vendor. Owners pay a small monthly fee to cover insurance, while guests are free to enjoy throughout their stay!

More Than Just Caretaking

Serendipity Circle was created out of a desire to continue creating vacation rental experiences where memories are made. We see the potential in each property, and love bringing it to life for guests to enjoy. Each property under our care has a fixed monthly fee and must be in accordance with the terms of our Property Caretaker Agreement. 

Serendipity Circle also offers concierge services for your guests for an additional fee, to make sure they have everything they need to have a fantastic stay on Anna Maria Island. From grocery shopping to tour scheduling and equipment rental, Serendipity Circle’s concierge service will provide your guests with friendly and professional service.
