Although life isn’t back to “normal” yet here at Serendipity Anna Maria, there is one thing we are celebrating:
We are open for long term rentals!
Based on the latest information from Governor DeSantis, vacation rentals of 30 days or more are allowed. And we have availability at our beautiful Anna Maria Island homes. That could be just the excuse you need to spend even MORE time in paradise!
Update on Short Term Rentals
The state of Florida defines short term vacation rentals as those that are less than 30 days. Executive Order 20-87 suspended all short term Vacation Rentals until April 30th. Then, Executive Order 20-111 and 20-112 indefinitely extended Executive Order 20-87.
In other words, until Executive Order 20-112 is rescinded or amended by a future order, short term rentals are still not allowed.
Many people expect that short term vacation rentals will open up in Phase 2 of the Governor’s plan.
City of Anna Maria
Our local City of Anna Maria Mayor has an order in place prohibiting short term/Vacation Rentals (less than 30 days) until June 30, 2020.
