Welcome to your Gulfside, bohemian escape! Serendipity Gulf’s minimalistic, peaceful approach to decor strips away all the unnecessary to leave you with a serene oasis out to the beach that lies just beyond the back door. The clean, white decor within the home leaves plenty of opportunity for your eyes to travel out the back sliding glass doors to the ocean just beyond. Your group can snuggle into the dining nook for a cozy breakfast before heading out the back door to the beach. At the end of the day, all you have to do is make the quick walk back up to the house to take a quick shower, grab a glass of wine, and settle into either the lanai chairs or the brand-new hot tub in the evening. As the sun melts over the island, your worries will melt away, too. As night falls, your group will retreat into their own space in the 3 bedrooms within the house or the 1/1 separate cottage.
Located in the north end of Anna Maria Island, this home offers not only a tranquil ambiance but proximity to many local gems on the island. With the house comes paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes for you and your group to enjoy. Wheel a kayak down to the beach and paddle out in hopes of catching sight of a dolphin or two, or take out the paddle board for a quick morning workout on the ocean. If you aren’t feeling like firing up the gas BBQ that the house has, load up into the bikes and head down to Pine Avenue to enjoy award-winning local restaurants with your group.
From sunrise to sunset, the tranquility that Anna Maria Island has to offer is unmatched. There’s no better place to soak it all in than the bohemian chic Serendipity Gulf house. Stripping away all the extras and leaving you with just the peace of a beautiful home and the picturesque ocean, it’s impossible to not have a dream like vacation.
Note: All Guests Age 18+ must sign an Amenity & Equipment Waiver. Pre-approval of all pets required - Pet Fee per pet, Signed Waiver, and proof of vaccinations required.

If for some reason the property you booked is unavailable, we may offer to rebook the Traveler at another property, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation. Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)
Due to the extensive equipment provided at the home, there are additional documents required. The use of the bikes, SUP and Kayak require a signed Equipment and Amenity Waiver for anyone 18 +. The use of the Street Legal Golf Cart requires a signed Golf Cart Agreement, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Serendipity was the absolute perfect location for our friends Florida getaway. The beach was steps away and sunsets were amazing. The lodging was even better than advertised! Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom! Very quiet area but very close to some great restaurants and entertainment. Golf cart was a plus! Rick, Lyn, and Dan were excellent hosts. Would highly recommend this property!January 16, 2024

We had three couples that stayed for a long weekend. This home is immaculate extremely well kept, and so comfortable. The golf cart was certainly an added bonus. Maria was an awesome host and very responsive. I can't say enough good about this home. We will be coming back.May 9, 2023
