Welcome to Mintfish, your calm, canal front oasis. This getaway home marries natural elements with luxury to create the perfect vacation spot for you, your friends, and your family (even the furry members!). The ground-level, single-floor home makes relaxation accessible for anyone and everyone. Recent remodels have brought the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms into pristine condition… The only thing missing is you.
Nestled in the north end of Anna Maria Island, Mintfish provides close proximity to Gulf beaches, beautiful sights, and perfect weather. However, most of its magic lies on its own property. You can take in the views of the island from the comfort of your own private, heated pool. When you’re done with the pool, you can take a stroll down the dock to take in the sunrise or sunset. When mealtime rolls around, the chef of the group can fire up the outdoor gas grill for a glorious outdoor dinner. Or, the group can jump into a rented golf cart and head to Anna Maria City Pier or Pine Avenue, where you’ll find award-winning restaurants and bars.
If you’d like to take an active turn on your vacation, you can explore the island and the surrounding water via kayak or paddle board. Take a dive into the water and you just might be lucky enough to catch sight of a manatee or a dolphin enjoying the sea. After a day full of activity, you can unwind and relax your muscles in the hot tub on the property. However you choose to spend your vacation, the Mintfish is sure to provide everything you need for a serene oasis in the heart of charming Anna Maria Island.
Note: All Guests Age 18+ must sign an Amenity & Equipment Waiver. Pre-approval of all pets required - Pet Fee per pet, Signed Waiver, and proof of vaccinations required.

Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Pet Fee and Pet Waiver Required. $500 per pet

Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list
If for some reason the property you booked is unavailable, we may offer to rebook the Traveler at another property, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation. Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)
Due to the extensive equipment provided at the home, there are additional documents required. The use of the bikes, SUP and Kayak require a signed Equipment and Amenity Waiver for anyone 18 +. The use of the Street Legal Golf Cart requires a signed Golf Cart Agreement, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Really enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful and immaculate, spacious, view is amazing. Back yard is an oasis. So relaxing and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Wendy was great to communicate with. House included a 6 passenger golf cart which was so nice! Had everything you need and more! Only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror in the closets.November 9, 2023
