Additionally, SunKissed Cottage also features an open kitchen with a breakfast bar that adjoins the great room. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, the Egmont Key lighthouse, and the Skyway Bridge as you relax in the spacious great room that reflects the neutral, peaceful design of this charming cottage.

Sky can accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 additional full size beds located on the screened-in sleeping porches. The home has been recently renovated with new features like the beautiful double-sided wood-burning fireplace, an elevator, and an interior spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop. Located on the north end of Anna Maria Island, it is a short walk to the bustling Pine Avenue with great options for shopping and dining, as well as close to the historic Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier.

The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a covered patio, the heated, saltwater pool, and the gazebo-covered hot tub. You can even play mini-golf in the backyard! Serendipity is our flagship Beach Front Home, featuring breathtaking 180 degree Gulf Views. The living area has a full size kitchen, great room and dining room in an open floor plan to capture magnificent views of the sunset and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor, with 3 more bedrooms and their private bathrooms on the second floor. Each floor features its own laundry room, and guests love the luxury of the elevator. Golf Cart, Bikes, Paddle Boards and Kayak all included for your enjoyment!
