What to Bring to Your Serendipity Vacation Home

You’ve planned your Florida vacation. You’ve selected your amazing vacation home. After all the planning, the time to start planning your packing list arrives.

Kitchens

When it comes to the kitchen, we provide everything you need. The kitchens in our vacation homes are fully equipped to handle everything from a quick snack for one person to a gourmet meal for a hungry family. Unlike some vacation rentals that make you purchase basic supplies, our homes include paper products such as paper towels that are already there for you. If enjoying a cup of coffee with a beautiful view of Anna Maria Island sounds like a good start to the day, we have you covered. Coffee pods will be waiting for you when you arrive. If your idea of a good meal involves a grill, you’re in luck. All of our vacation homes include a grill for your use.

We also partner with local companies to “Stock Your Refrigerator”. If you provide us the list 7 days prior to arrival, we can “stock the fridge” prior to your arrival. If you prefer to do the grocery shopping yourself, check out some of the local shopping options.

Bedrooms

You will arrive to find your beautiful bedrooms outfitted with high-quality linens and ready to provide you with all the rest that you hope for in your trip. Our beds include a Slumber Cloud Lightweight Comforter – Your new everyday comforter. Ideal for keeping your nights cooler, but still warm enough for cozy winters. With NASA-approved temperature regulating technology, this is perfect for those in warmer climates or those who just prefer a lighter cover.

Bathrooms

All the bathrooms are stocked with the supplies you need to make your stay enjoyable. Aside from high-quality towels, you’ll find soaps, shampoos, conditioners, cotton balls and more. Even if you forget your toothbrush and toothpaste, we have you covered.

Recreation

There’s a time to relax and a time to have fun. When the time to have fun arrives, Serendipity has you covered. Some rentals may have recreation items available, but often at an extra charge. We include everything with your home and offer a range of activities that few places can even come close to.

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful place. What better way to see it than with an open-air golf cart or on a bicycle? No matter which house you are in, there is a golf cart and bicycles ready for you to use.

Do you love the water? We do. Each home comes with paddleboards and kayaks for you to use. We even remember the lifejackets for your safety. Many of our vacation homes have their own pool, while others have a hot tub. And let’s not forget the beaches. Some homes are on the beach, but all are just steps away from the sand and surf.

More? One of our homes has a mini-golf course right in the backyard! Another has a sand volleyball court. Tennis and pickleball are also available to you. As you would expect, we make sure you are equipped for any of these activities.
