Yes, there really is a species of fish called the pineapple fish, but that is not what we are referring to. The Pineapplefish we are so excited about is a local company that is about to offer two luxury vacation homes here on Anna Maria Island and they’ve chosen us to partner with them.

Our Partners

The owners of Pineapplefish are not new to the area. They found Anna Maria Island in 2005 and fell in love. One of the first things they did was to help develop the Historic Green Village. This unique site combines old and new in a way that few places do. It preserves history with four buildings over 100 years old while simultaneously being one of only 100 places worldwide to reach a platinum LEED rating.

Since moving here, they’ve continued to spread the word about our beautiful island and promote Anna Maria Island tourism around the world.

Mintfish

Mintfish is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath ground-level luxury vacation home located on a canal. Enjoy the quiet water view from the dock to watch the sunset. Play in the pool. Being on a large corner lot allows amazing views of the water and a quiet, serene setting. The property is currently undergoing an ultra-high-end redevelopment that adds luxury to the natural beauty. Mintfish will be ready for booking in August.

Limefish

Limefish is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground level luxury beachfront home located at the north end of beautiful Holmes Beach. Imagine sitting on the deck with your morning coffee while you watch dolphins play in the Gulf of Mexico. Or walking out of the back door onto the white sand beach to play or relax. You have fantastic views of the water both inside and outside of the home. Like her sister property, Limefish is undergoing an ultra-high-end redevelopment to get ready for your stay.
