Bikes, SUP, Kayak included as well as a 4 passenger golf cart. (Signed Waivers Required for all Amenities. Golf Cart limited to adults 25+ with a valid DL, Auto Insurance and signed waiver) There are two king bedrooms. One bedroom has a connected shower bathroom. The other bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a tub. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two twin beds and a half bathroom. Pre-approved pets are welcome. There is a pet fee and a pet agreement required
