The BEACH House

This luxury island home on the north end of Anna Maria Island was built and professionally decorated for 2022 and offers something for everyone.

Imagine waking up and having coffee on your lanai while you watch dolphins play in Tampa Bay. Later, kayak or paddleboard out into the same water. Explore the island and end the day soaking in the spa and looking at the colorful skyline in the distance. The Beach House has it all!

The Beach House is perfect for families and groups. This open floor plan gives our guests over 4,000 square feet of space indoors and out to entertain and relax. 3 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and a 4th bedroom with a full over full bunk bed accommodate up to 8 guests. 4 and ½ baths also fill your needs. A full-size elevator provided for your convenience ensures everyone in your group can access every floor with ease.

Whether you are feeding a hungry crew a quick lunch or preparing a special family favorite, the fully equipped gourmet chef’s kitchen gives you everything you need to make it with excellence. And our layout still allows beautiful views of the bay while you prepare the meals.

Whether you want to explore the island and or the water, the method of fun is your choice. Your stay at the Beach House includes bicycles, a golf cart, a kayak and stand-up paddle boards. You can use your direct access to the beach or spend the day improving your game on your private putting green while the kids splash in the pool next to you.
