Tips for Using Our Hot Tubs, Pools, & Spas

Planning a vacation to a Serendipity home here on Anna Maria Island? One of the best things about our vacation homes is the amenities. Many of our homes have hot tubs, spas, and/or pools! We want to make sure you have all the information you need in order to get the most out of your visit, including the use of the amenities.

Temperature Settings For Our Hot Tubs, Pools, & Spas

We automatically set temperatures to the following degrees:

• Pools: 82 degrees
• Spas: 100 degrees
• Hot Tubs: 101 degrees

It’s important to note that the temperatures of spas and pools tend to vary due to the wind as well as the outdoor temperatures. That said, the pools and spas may drop a bit lower than the temperature they are set to if it is colder or windier than usual outside. On the other hand, hot tubs tend to stay warmer due to their covers.

Cleaning & Maintenance

We partner with Ian Carey Pool Services to keep our outdoor amenities sparkling clean. The pool company comes out to our properties to service the pools, spa and hot tubs 3 times per week, usually early in the morning so as not to disturb the guests. It’s one less thing you have to worry about during your vacation! We hope you enjoy our incredible amenities, and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns during your visit.
