Can I extend my stay if needed? How can I do it? 

If there is open availability, you may be able to extend your Days. Availability can be checked via our website at any time. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us directly. 

Are early check-in or late check-out options available? 

Yes, however, they are subject to availability. The price will vary depending on the home and how early (check-in) or late (check-out) the request is.

Early check-in: 10 am – 12 noon is a daily rate; 12 noon – 2 pm is 50% of the daily rate; And 2 pm – 4 pm, if available, is complimentary.

Late check-out: 11 am is complimentary; 12 noon – 2 pm is 50% of the daily rate; And 2 pm or later is an additional full-day rate.

Can I add a bed or person to our home reservation? 

Each home has a maximum occupancy limit, as stated in your reservation. It is crucial to adhere to this limit. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us before finalizing your reservation.

Are there dog-friendly beaches on Anna Maria Island? 

Dog-friendly beaches can be found at the Palma Sola Causeway, Scentral Park, and The Robinson Preserve.
