See Our Newest Luxury Vacation Home

Change is in the air at Serendipity. We’re excited about it and think you will be excited too. For years, we have offered luxury vacation home rentals on Anna Maria Island and people love coming to visit our island paradise. As it happens, one of the homeowners has decided that he loves the island so much that he is going to make it his primary residence so we will no longer be renting his home. We can’t blame him for wanting to be here more.

There is good news in this. The view from that location was so beautiful that we couldn’t bear to lose it, so we bought the house next door. Now you can enjoy that amazing location and its amazing views in our newly renovated luxury vacation rental. Let us tell you about our newest home.

The Location

The home, which we are calling Serendipity New, is located on the north end of Anna Maria Island near Bean Point. Locals and returning guests know that Bean Point is a hidden treasure. The beach is named after the island’s first permanent resident, George Bean. This secluded stretch of beach will provide you with sunsets that will fill your memories and make your Instagram friends jealous. The tip of Bean Point is a short walk from Serendipity New or take the bicycles that come with your home.

The House

Serendipity New is a four-bedroom, three-bath home right on the beach. This elevated home is approximately 2,000 square feet and is able to comfortably accommodate eight guests. The home is also equipped with an elevator.

The home is an open floor plan that not only makes it easy for you to entertain or enjoy time with your family, but it gives all of the living, kitchen and dining area that amazing Bean Point view of the water. Three of the bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, while the fourth has 2 bunk beds.

Like all of our homes, this one comes with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped including paper products and even coffee. We also partner with local companies to “Stock Your Refrigerator”. If you provide us the list 7 days prior to arrival, we can “stock the fridge” prior to your arrival. If you prefer to do the grocery shopping yourself, check out some of the local shopping options.

The View

The stunning view you have from this home merit its own section. The home looks out on the Gulf of Mexico and the entrance to Tampa Bay. This means whether you are on the beach or inside cooking dinner, you can look out at the beautiful turquoise waters.

Another feature is the wide, shaded porch on the upper level. Imagine being able to sit outside in the morning, enjoying your coffee while watching dolphins play in the water. Perhaps watching colorful cruise ships leave and enter Tampa Bay sounds good. Or a glass of wine in the evening while you look at the colorful lights of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. We’re betting some of your favorite times will be spent right here on this porch.

Recreation

There are plenty of things to do during your stay at Serenity New. This luxury vacation home comes with 4 adult bicycles, a kayak and 2 stand-up paddleboards. If fishing is something you enjoy, you can fish right off the beach behind your house or walk a few minutes to Rod and Reel Pier. There are a number of restaurants and shops also within walking distance. If you want to explore other areas of the island, take advantage of the free Island Trolley service.
