This Brazilian fusion lounge bar is built on big dreams. It will have you back time and again with meals so delectable that they will follow you through your dreams. I mean, look at this menu; charcuteries, crepes, seafood and more. Not to mention, there are many options for those with dietary restrictions. I will be craving the Diamantina and Zurique for weeks to come. The Bamboo Island Bar also hosts private parties that can be booked here.

Join Gelato- Go on a sweet journey into Gelato Paradise. Cool off from the warm Florida sun with a fresh Gelato. This creamy delight will have all of your worries melting away. You will be vrooming to the second floor of Island Plaza to partake of these delicious crepes, top-quality gourmet sirloin burgers, and craft juices in this racecar-themed burger joint. This simplistic menu leaves nothing to be desired, and you will surely be racing back for your next meal.

Salty Buddha Paddle & Yoga Co.

Salty Buddha isn’t just a yoga studio but a staple in the community that promotes physical wellness as well as spiritual and mental health and self-care through mindful movement on both land and water. Salt Buddha offers traditional yoga classes (in the classroom and on the beach) and SUP, or Stand Up Paddle Board, sessions that will have you appreciating yourself in a whole new way. Sessions are scheduled weekly, and sign-ups are welcome to the public with options from single sessions to monthly memberships. Salty Buddha also hosts several different types of events to make your time on AMI truly special. Here are just a few of the events that Salty Buddha hosts throughout March. 

March Events at the Salty Budda Paddle & Yoga Co. 

• Salty Craft Night: Affirmation Jars | March 13th
  • Spend a night crafting a positive affirmation jar full of gentle reminders of positivity and self-love. 
• Spring Equinox Beach Celebration | March 19
  • Join the Tribe for an Ayurveda-inspired yoga session. According to their website, this celebration will “restore balance and invigorate your spirit. Through heart-opening poses and revitalizing breath exercises in a Slow-Flow Vinyasa class, you will shake off any stagnation from winter and welcome your renewed vitality of spring!” 
• Radiate Love: A Heart-Centered Healing Workshop | March 24th
  • As listed on their site, this is a “heart-centered healing workshop where we will experience the healing essence of Reiki. You will be guided through a peaceful mediation, followed by a blissful Reiki session where Carly will go around the room working with each participant individually. Following that, Carly will immerse the group in a sound bath to end the session. We will end the workshop with an intention-setting exercise and a sharing circle.” 
• Full Moon Paddle | March 25th (Not recommended for first-time paddlers)
  • This 60-75 min experience promises to be healing and magical. It starts with an intention-setting circle and eases into a guided natural paddle to honor the full moon and harness the lunar energy on the water. It is sure to be a highlight for anyone’s stay on the island.
