Our Newest Luxury Vacation Home- SEA La VIE

It is always exciting when we add another luxury vacation home to our rental listings. This time, we’ve added a beautiful new home that sits on the north end of Anna Maria Island. We’re proud to introduce you to SEA La VIE.

SEA La VIE is a 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom home that offers unique and well-appointed surroundings to make your trip memorable. This family or group-friendly home features custom finishes, light fixtures, and furnishings that were all handpicked to make this home truly one of a kind.

The home is an elevator-equipped, multi-level home, with the second level being the main level. Two of the guest suites are on this level, as are the living room, dining area and laundry room. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features all Thermador appliances, 2 full-size ovens, and a custom-designed range hood and tile backsplash. Before you head out to the large, screened lanai, have your beverage needs taken care of by a dry bar/butler’s pantry with refrigerated beverage drawers and a wine fridge.

On the third level, you will find a large master suite that is highlighted with natural lighting. A luxurious bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet help make this suite remarkable. A private covered terrace provides a quiet getaway spot. Stairs from the third level lead up to an oversized rooftop deck. The deck provides you with stunning 360-degree Gulf to Bay and Skyway views.

The ground level has a fourth bedroom, as well as a covered patio. The patio offers activities like a ping pong table, pool table, comfy sofas and a TV. It only gets better outside where you’ll find a spacious travertine deck surrounding the custom-heated saltwater pool with a sun shelf, spa, and three waterfall features. The home comes with a complimentary golf cart, kayak, bicycles and stand-up paddle boards.

SEA La VIE is in a wonderful location. The beautiful white sands of the beach are mere feet from your door. You’ll love being minutes to the island’s best restaurants and the popular Pine Avenue shopping district. Local trolley service is free if you want to explore further on the island.
