New Serendipity Properties and Other Exciting Updates

As we prepare to end 2020, we’d like to fill you in on some exciting changes happening at Serendipity. First, we have several new Serendipity properties available for your dream vacation! In case you haven’t heard, we’ve expanded beyond Anna Maria Island. Some of our new properties are located in Park City, Utah, a beautiful skiing destination. Second, some of our properties have sold, but not to worry! We still manage them, which means you can still book them under our Anna Maria Island properties!

Our New Properties

Sno~asis (Park City, UT)

This three-bedroom, 1 bathroom with a separate basement 2/1 available as well, home is the perfect cozy getaway spot. With nearly 1,000 square feet, there’s enough space to spread out while still enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and the beautiful wooden accents. The best part? It’s a short drive from two of the top ski resorts in the country! We’ve got all the inside information you need about lift tickets and ski rentals. Check availability before 2021 fills up!

TripleTail (Anna Maria Island, FL)

Opening in 2021, TripleTail is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom beachfront home in Anna Maria Island, Florida. We’re in the process of making improvements so this vacation home has everything you need. For example, the pool is currently being designed and permitted. And the icing on the cake? A hot tub is coming soon!

Sand Trap (Anna Maria Island, FL)

A vacation home with a golf course in the backyard? Yes, please! Sand Trap, located on the gorgeous Anna Maria Island, is perfect for a family with kids or a group of friends vacationing together. The beach is a short walk across the street. Plus, the home is within walking distance of the lively Pine Avenue.

Surfs Up

This one bedroom, one bathroom vacation home is located across the street from Bradenton Beach. It boasts sensational sunset views from a private deck. Plus, with a sleeper sofa, there’s enough space for a couple or friends who want to escape to the beach and enjoy some surf. Surfs Up will be available to book beginning early January 2021.
