Serendipity is excited to announce that we are expanding! After years of curating great beach vacation experiences for our clients on Anna Maria Island, we have decided to expand our service to another kind of vacation destination – snow skiing! Let us introduce you to Sno~asis, a dreamy vacation home located in one of the top ski towns in the country: Park City, Utah.

About Sno~asis

We love that Sno~asis is centrally located in Park City, just minutes from the historic Main Street. It’s a fully renovated and remodeled historic home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The nearly 1,000 square foot home, making it a spacious property that is perfect for trips with family and/or friends. Sno~asis allows parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The home is beautifully decorated with modern features and warm, wooden accents. It is the perfect balance of luxury and warmth. The renovated house was also designed for entertaining with open floor plans and comfortable living spaces. The remodeled bathroom is gorgeous, with glass showers and marbled tiles covering the walls from floor to ceiling. The bedrooms are also warm, neutral, and spacious. The property has it all!

Sno~asis is the perfect spot for enjoying all that Park City has to offer. You can purchase a day pass to one of the famous ski resorts and crush fresh powder until your legs turn to jello. You can enjoy shopping and dining on Main Street or visit an art gallery. Or you can even stay in all day and binge Netflix on one of the several flat screen tv’s. It’s your vacation after all.

Ski Resorts in Park City, Utah

Park City was originally a mining town that transitioned to a ski town after closing its mines in the early 1970s. Now it is a bustling city with so much to see and experience. In fact, Park City is home to two of the top ski resorts in the United States: Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. 

Park City Mountain is currently the largest ski resort in the country after taking over Canyons Resort in 2015. It boasts world-class terrain parks and half-pipes where many Olympians have trained and performed. It offers something for everyone, no matter the level of skill and experience for skiing or snowboarding. There are over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, as well as feature parks that consist of every obstacle and feature you could imagine for freestyle terrain. You could ski from sun up to sun down and never get to everything the park has to offer. 

Deer Valley is a skiing-only resort with over 2,000 acres and an average yearly snowfall of 300 inches. There are options for skiers of all skill levels, as well as opportunities to learn and advance in skill with private or group lessons. You can even book a former Olympian to show you around for the day!

Sundance Film Festival

Park City is also known for stewarding the arts and is home to the widely known and loved Sundance Film Festival. The Sundance Film Festival is put on by the Sundance Institute, a nonprofit organization founded by Robert Redford that supports, showcases, and advances the work of independent storytellers in film and theatre. 

Historic Main Street

The town draws travelers from all over the country with its unique combination of unparalleled outdoor activities and events, as well as its superb shopping and dining, particularly on Main Street. The shopping includes mostly one-of-a-kind local shops but also has big, name-brand stores as well. Dining options include everything from local coffee shops to casual dining to fine dining. Whatever you’re in the mood for, you are sure to find it!

The city is also known for its event-hosting talents and they offer a wide variety of events throughout the year. Not to mention its breathtaking mountain views. The city even hosted many of the Olympic Winter Games in 2002!  It really is the ideal vacation destination.
