Introducing Serendipity Circle Home Care and Advertising Services

At Serendipity, we take pride in the time and effort dedicated to our properties to create a memorable experience for our guests. Our desire is to continue to create new experiences on Anna Maria Island and beyond that guests from across the globe can come enjoy with their loved ones. In an effort to balance guest care with our desire to continue creating new vacation rental experiences, we are embracing caretaking for a select number of our properties with a new venture called Serendipity Circle.

“Serendipity Circle” is the name of Serendipity’s new sister brand, dedicated specifically to luxury vacation rental management and caretaking. This exciting new boutique management company will allow us to care of a property for a fixed monthly fee. These contracts will be in accordance with the terms of our Property Caretaker Agreement.

What Serendipity Circle provides is priceless: service, stability, cleanliness. We are excited to embark on this new adventure with Serendipity Circle and continue creating luxury vacation rental experiences where memories can be made.

Home Caretaker Services

Serendipity Circle offers a wide range of services to ensure that every guest has a 5-star experience at our properties. Our services include:

Serendipity Circle makes it easy for guests to feel at home at their rental while on vacation. This caliber of luxury vacation rental management not only benefits the guests but also the owners. In addition, Serendipity Circle takes all of the major upkeep like pest control, hurricane prep, pool cleaning, and landscape maintenance off the owner’s plate.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are provided and insured by a third-party company on Anna Maria Island. Owners of the rentals properties only have to pay a small monthly fee for use of the golf carts. Above all, this saves the owner both money and liability while your guests are free to enjoy.

Holiday Lighting and Decorating

Nothing says “home for the holidays” like beautiful decorative lighting strung around the house. Coincidentally, getting this done is a big job! Serendipity Circle is pleased to provide holiday lighting and decorating for the properties we serve. Making your home look warm and festive during the holiday season doesn’t have to feel like an overwhelming task. We can take care of it for you! Serendipity Circle will provide you with the feeling of festivity and celebration without all the hassle.

Specialty Concierge Services

When we say 5-star experience, we mean it! Serendipity Circle offers concierge services for your guests for an additional fee, to make sure they have everything they need to have a fantastic stay on Anna Maria Island. From grocery shopping to tour scheduling and equipment rental, Serendipity Circle’s concierge service will provide your guests with friendly and professional service.

The properties range in size – from cozy beach cottages for 2-4 people or larger waterfront rentals for groups of 4-10 – and feature amenities like a private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, kayaks, paddleboards, or a golf cart. Most importantly, these luxury vacation rentals are just steps away from the beach.
