On Friday, March 27th, 2020, Governor Ron Desantis issued Executive Order 20-87. In summary, the order suspends all new Florida vacation rentals for a period of 14 days.
An excerpt from Section 1 states:
“Vacation rentals are prohibited from making new reservations or bookings and shall not accept new guests for check-in for the duration of this order.”
