Cottage 110A is situated near the beach, between Oak Avenue and Mangrove Avenue, on the island’s north end. This second-story cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, exuding immaculate beachy vibes and everything you need. It can accommodate up to six guests, making it ideal for small families, two couples, or a group of friends! The cottage beautifully combines Old Florida charm with modern decor that is sure to impress.

The main bedroom includes a King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Additionally, the living room features a full sleeper sofa, perfect for those traveling with larger groups. With a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a full balcony, you’ll have everything you need to make this your home away from home.

The property outside the cottage includes a heated pool, charcoal grills, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even bikes! Looking for another way to get around the island during your stay. Although we do not manage the property, we will throw in a 4 passenger golf cart for any stay that is 5 days or more in January.
