All of our vacation rental homes are equipped with TVs in every bedroom and the family room for your convenience. We offer streaming options on all TVs, but guests must sign into their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+) to access content. Please remember to log out of your accounts before departure to protect your privacy.

Serendipity does not provide chef services directly. However, we have listed some professionals on the area you can contact directly, review our blog article about it here.

Yes, cribs are available for our homes. Please let us know if a crib is needed prior to your arrival so that we may accommodate you.

Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites. (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)

Yes, there are cleaning fees, credit card fees, taxes, and an insurance fee included in your final booking cost. All fees are visible and transparent during the booking and check-out process.

Yes, however, they are subject to availability. The price will vary depending on the home and how early (check-in) or late (check-out) the request is.

Early check-in: 10 am - 12 noon is a daily rate; 12 noon - 2 pm is 50% of the daily rate; And 2 pm - 4 pm if available is complimentary.

Late check-out: 11 am is complimentary; 12 noon - 2 pm is 50% of daily rate; And 2 pm or later is an additional full day rate.

Yes! Anna Maria Island has a Publix on Holmes Beach. Looking for a more local flavor? We suggest checking out The Anna Maria General Store or Island Fresh Market during your stay. Most restaurants on Anna Maria Island do not take reservations. Mademoiselle, Bridge Street Bistro and The Chateau do. The Waterfront does not.

All of our properties are close to beach access. For more information on specific beaches click here or check out our guide to the local parks and beaches on AMI.

Dog friendly beaches can be found at  the Palma Sola Causeway, Scentral Park, and The Robinson Preserve.

There are many ways to get around the island. There is a free trolley that runs daily from 6 am to 10 pm. The Monkey Bus is another great way to take in a tour of the island while traveling. Golf carts are street-legal on the island and are one of the most popular modes of transport; At Serendipity, we supply a complimentary golf cart for 6 people on your stay. We only require you to present a signed Golf Cart Waiver, a valid North American Driver’s License, and Proof of Auto Insurance.

The free island trolley has over 35 stops around the island, with stops near each of our properties. Trolley routes can be followed using the MyStop App available on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Your safety and security are our top priorities:

All doors and windows are fitted with locks. In case of emergencies, all of our properties are equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. Please note that the doors and windows exiting to the pool area are required to have an alarm. Ensure the alarms are functional and engaged when necessary.  To exit, press the BYPASS button, which will provide you a few seconds to exit before the alarm sounds.

Wi-Fi is available at each of our properties. Spectrum offers internet speeds of up to 1 Gbps (1000 Mbps) in Anna Maria, Florida. However, wireless speeds may vary. The network name and password are provided in each house with the check-in information.

Our pools are normally heated to 82 degrees when the outdoor temperature is below 80 so you can enjoy a comfortable swim, even on cooler days. We ask that you do not change the pool temperature during your stay.

The spa/hot tub and its controls are located by the outdoor shower and pool equipment. Make sure to follow the displayed instructions to operate them. Generally, to enjoy the spa/hot tub, press the spa/party button once, and it will take about 15 minutes for the spa/hot tub to heat up. Please note that it operates on a timer, so press the button again if you'd like to extend your experience. For the safety of all, the temperature is set to a maximum of 100 degrees.

A hot tub, as the name suggests, is a small pool filled with hot water, and while they may have jets and bubblers, they are not the main focus. A spa on the other hand is specifically designed to use strong jets of water to provide a range of physical and mental benefits, it is important to mention that when a spa is connected to the pool, the water will heat either the pool or spa but not both at the same time. In general, most pools have salt.

A salt-chlorinated pool, uses a salt chlorine generator (also called a salt cell) to convert dissolved salt into chlorine, which sanitizes the water. Unlike traditional chlorine pools that require adding liquid or tablet chlorine, a salt system continuously produces chlorine through electrolysis. This results in softer-feeling water, lower chlorine odors, and reduced maintenance. Despite the name, the water is not as salty as seawater it’s closer to the salinity of human tears.

Our home, Shangri-La uses a UV LIGHT/ozone plus peroxide system to clean its water because the pool is stainless steel.

Search online for the channel or streaming services that will have the “live game”, and look for it on the TV.

Please do not adjust the temperature to lower than 72 degrees. All doors and windows must remain closed while the A/C is on to avoid damage to the home due to the Florida humidity.

Yes, due to the extensive equipment available at the property, additional documents are necessary. To use the bikes, stand-up paddleboards (SUP), and kayaks, anyone aged 18 and over must sign an Equipment and Amenity Waiver. Additionally, operating the street-legal golf cart requires a signed Golf Cart Agreement, a US American Driver's License, and proof of auto insurance. Our international guests can rent a golf cart from our preferred providers at a preferential rate.
