The original is right here in Anna Maria, on Pine Avenue, and the second is in Bradenton. Not only do they make the cakes, pies and cookies you would expect to see, but they also offer cheesecake and cupcake options. With choices ranging from a traditional red velvet cake to Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie, there is no shortage of options to make your dessert memorable. The Cheesecake Cutie & Café

Opening in 2019, Cheesecake Cutie is one of the newer options for desserts on anna maria island. But their roots go back much further. The center of Cheesecake Cutie is the original recipe belonging to the owner’s mother. Just like the name indicates, cheesecake is the centerpiece of their menu. Options for full-size cheesecakes range from original to a Nutella-based variation called Tall Dark & Handsome. The bakery also offers gluten-free and a Keto variety of their cheesecakes. Another popular pick is their Cuties. These are individual-serving cheesecakes that are available for parties or events. Cuties even have a vegan option. Breezy Bakery

At first glance, Breezy Bakery seems like more of a traditional bakery. Their early morning baking produces fresh bread, muffins, scones and their popular cinnamon rolls. But if you look further, you will find the bakery has plenty of cake and pie options to satisfy that sweet tooth. Don’t sleep on Publix. The chain grocery store you may find yourself shopping in for many grocery items also has a bakery that offers both pre-made and custom options. From pies to full wedding cakes, their bakery has a dizzying number of options. They can be a particularly good choice for kids’ birthday cakes.
