On Friday, September 25th, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that Florida would be moving to Phase 3 of it’s reopening process. Phase 3 lifts all restrictions on bars, restaurants, salons, and other businesses. This allows businesses to open at full capacity.
The governor made the decision to move to Phase 3 due to the continuing downward trend of COVID-19 cases in the state. Also due to the fact that the state has continued to maintain proper capacity in their hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Phase 3 allows for nonessential travel to resume, and for businesses to reopen with minimal restrictions. This means that vacation rentals can reopen at full capacity. They are still required to maintain adequate disinfecting procedures though.
At Serendipity, we will continue to go above and beyond the CDC guidelines in order to ensure the health and safety of our patrons. We take every precaution when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting our vacation rentals. We want our guests to relax and get the most out of their trip.
